I've been using just about every Pharmacy in Letchworth over the years, everyone has had issues, mainly with my prescriptions not being made in time and having to wait for hours to collect them.


No issues with Letchworth Pharmacy after being with them for a year. Everytime I order though the app then walk in a few days later and its ready. The staff are so friendly and helpful aswell. A breath of fresh air.

          This service is free of charge. You only have to pay for any medicines you've ordered (unless you’re exempt from NHS charges in which case you get your meds for free)

      Can I use the service if I'm exempt?

          Yes, you can benefit from this super-convenient, free service regardless of whether you pay or are exempt f rom prescription fees. The service is flexible and available to anyone needing prescription medicine services in the UK.

      Can anyone use the service?

          Yes, each person that wishes to benefit from the service must complete the sign-up form 

      How do I join this service

          Simply complete the form here to join our repeat prescription service. Speak to our team if you wish to use our 24-hour-a-day prescription collection facility. 

      How long does it take to receive my medication?

          You will receive a text notification when your prescription is ready to collect. Simply go to the automated collection point at the pharmacy and use the pin number we send you to retrieve your medicines, simple!

      Can I order controlled drugs or fridge items?

          Chilled drugs are sent in a temperature-controlled container and delivered within 24 hours. We ensure your medications are delivered on time and safely.


          Please note: Due to pharmacy regulations we can not place controlled drugs or fridge items in our 24-hour collection point. In this case you have can  collect your these medicines  from the pharmacy during normal opening hours.
