Went to the pharmacy for my covid booster and was immediately impressed. The staff were efficient and friendly as was the pharmacist who gave me the vaccine. The pharmacy is well stocked, clean and bright and definitely an asset to Letchworth.

I have used the services of this pharmacy recently and found it to be a most user friendly operation. The knowledgeable staff offer a friendly and efficient customer service. This pharmacy offers many services which others do not and is certainly a major asset both to the NHS and Letchworth Garden City.

Amazing service. After receiving an unfulfilled presciption from my local pharmacy, this was the next closet that could help me. Even held back what I needed (without asking them too), couldn't ask for

Professional advice given about an issue with my foot, adviced a course of action which solved the problem, within a few days

We are a registered care home and receive all our customers medication from Letchworth pharmacy, often there are last minute changes or additions, dispensing staff always resolve our issues promptly and ensure our customers have the correct medication they need exactly as and when the Doctors prescribe thank you very much

I've been using just about every Pharmacy in Letchworth over the years, everyone has had issues, mainly with my prescriptions not being made in time and having to wait for hours to collect them.

No issues with Letchworth Pharmacy after being with them for a year. Everytime I order though the app then walk in a few days later and its ready. The staff are so friendly and helpful aswell. A breath of fresh air.
