We are a family-run independent community pharmacy based in Letchworth Garden City. We have created a Professional and caring environment where EVERYONE is welcome: to collect prescriptions, arrange private consultations, set up repeat prescriptions and get health and wellbeing advice. For all of this and more we are here for you.

Our senior Pharmacist Linda is an Independent Prescriber. Linda and the rest of our outstanding pharmacy team are here to assist you in store or over the phone for any health concerns you may have. We are at our very heart a COMMUNITY focused pharmacy, we understand how tough it can be with our hectic lives, that’s why we offer a multitude of ways to manage and obtain your prescriptions.

By far the easiest of which is through our app which is straightforward and easy to use. We are privileged to serve the wonderful Letchworth community and aim to provide the excellent care and compassion our community deserves.

When we dispense your prescriptions we aim to provide the level of care you deserve and need. We believe you should never run out of your prescription medication.

With our award-winning pharmacy team along with “Spencer the Dispenser” (our robot dispenser) we are open 6 days a week to provide a caring and efficient service. Not only that, but with assistance from Spencer the Dispensing Robot together with our 24/7 365 prescription collection machines “Ant and Dec” your prescriptions can be collected literally whenever you need them.

This gives you the flexibility and reassurance that you can collect your prescriptions whenever is convenient. Let us take away that uneasy feeling of not being in control of your medication. You’ll never need to panic again about getting your prescriptions in time for the holiday season.

Fed up queueing to hand in your prescription? Frustrated with long waits to collect your medication? Our prescription vending machines “Ant and Dec” are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We will text you as soon as your medication is ready to collect so there’s no need to wait or queue. The collection process could not be simpler.
